Kathy Couch, LCSW, CT is the founder of Rewired360, a EMDR Consulting/Training business and Willow Creek Counseling, an EMDR therapy business. Certifications are held with EMDRIA as a EMDR Certified Therapist/Approved Consultant, the Association of Death Education and Counseling, and is a Level 2 trained Gottman Institute clinician. She co-hosts the podcast Journey Through The Eyes: An EMDR Podcast.

Beth Simons recently accepted a position as an administrative assistant with Campus Safety at the College of Southern Idaho. Before that she worked nearly 18 years in the juvenile justice system and the child welfare system. Beth became lifelong friends with the Rewired360 founder Kathy Couch while working together at the Department of Health & Welfare.Ā Beth joined Kathy at Rewired360 in 2023 as a the CEOā€™s Executive Assistant.

Darlyn Harvey.
Grant Writer
Darlyn Harvey grew up in Eastern Idaho and gradually moved across the state, ultimately settling her family in Boise. She has attended Brigham Young University, Idaho State University, and Portland State University, leading to her career in Social Work and Grants and Contract Administration. Darlyn has worked for local Head Start programs in Administration and Family Services, has contracted with Child Protection Services as a resource and trainer for parents striving to stay out of the foster care system, has worked to support and provide resources for families of National Guard and active-duty Military personnel, and has lead a program to resettle Afghan military allies in the United States. Ms. Harvey has extensive experience in grant writing and contract management, as well as training, research, data gathering, and strategic planning.

She holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, a Bachelorā€™s degree in Marketing, and multiple certifications in social media marketing and Human Resources. With her positive, bubbly personality, Brittany strives to make a meaningful impact on everyone she meets, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to every interaction.
