REWIRED360 TRAINING PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

 

This form is so prospective trainees understand the EMDR  basic training requirements, what the expectations are, and how to prepare themselves for the  training.  

For EMDR Basic Training:

BASIC TRAINING ELIGIBILITY It is the responsibility of the consultee to ensure you meet the current eligibility requirements for EMDR basic training. Clinicians are responsible for ensuring they are working within their own mental health scope of practice and ensuring your ability to diagnose and treat mental health issues.

 

TIME FRAME AND Requirements FOR COMPLETION OF EMDR BASIC TRAINING Trainees who begin the EMDR basic training must complete the entire training within 12 months from their initial start date.    EMDR Basic Training is a 50-hour minimum training.  The 50-hour training will include 10 hours of consultation after completing 40 hour EMDR Training and Practicum.  This is a requirement to receive your EMDR Training Certificate from Rewired360.   10 hours of consultation are required in order to  complete the EMDR basic training

This includes the 10 consultation hours.  There is leeway in the event of humanitarian crisis or another extenuating event.  If you miss a portion of basic training, you may attend the next instructional or practicum at the next basic training offered within 6 months of the initial training.  To receive your basic training certificate, you must complete all of the following:

  1. Instructional (20 hours) - A minimum of 18 hours must be presented live (instructor led) & a maximum of 2 hours can be asynchronous content (self-directed learning) as defined in the History and Overview portion of the Instructional Section.
  2. Practicum (20 hours) - all hours must be completed live (synchronously).
  3. Consultation (10 hours) - all hours must be completed live (synchronously). All consultation hours will be offered up to 10 hours.  It is the responsibility of the trainee to pay for any missed consultations at a rate of $90 per hour.

Trainers will  provide trainees with the names and contact information of those consultants  who can provide the consultation hours for their training.  You may only receive consultation from Rewired360 Consultants, or consultants approved by their licensees.

 

Rewired360 Trainers will have the available resources and capacity for trainings and must ensure that trainees are afforded sufficient opportunity to complete the training.

 

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES 

In the event a cancellation should occur, we will gladly refund the full amount minus a $30 service fee up until 30 days prior to the onset of the training.  In the event cancellation occurs after 30 days prior to the training, we are unable to provide refunds, credits or accommodations due to the nature of the time investment in the training.  Please be mindful of your electronic access to the session, as we are unable to assist with troubleshooting during the training, including issues with WiFi.  All refunds electronically are subject to deduction of electronic processing fees from refunded amount. If you require assistance with translation services, please know we are only able to offer the sessions in the English language. All cancellations must be requested in writing.  By signing this document you consent to the use of video in future trainings and are provided advance notice the training may be recorded and re-distributed.

 

If you need to cancel your training, you are also given the option to participate in the next available training not to exceed 6 months of the original training date to ensure the 10 hours of consultation is complete. The participant can reschedule their training to another eligible training within 6 months of the original training date.

 

GRIEVANCE PROCESS 

Please contact [email protected]. It is our policy that you must first attempt to resolve the concern with the trainer.  In the event you are unable to do so, your grievance will be reviewed by a third party.  Grievances must be submitted within 3-5 days of completion of the training.

 

 

 

Access to Online Educational System

 

All forms and learning materials are available with the Rewired360 learning management system accessible through the website at www.rewired360.com  Here you will find access to all information relevant to training and education with Rewired360 Basic Training.  Here you will have access to a Free EMDR Resource Library and a Free EMDR Online community as you travel through your basic training.  This format is to support your learning process and increase the ability to connect with fellow clinicians after the training. 

 

 

Documents:  You will have access to your on demand portal with all the tools, resources and information necessary for the training.

 LEARNER ASSESSMENT 

 You are required to complete a quiz and evaluation prior to issuing your Training Certificate. 

 

 

On Demand Training Requirements

Participants will be required to view all recorded videos, pass a post-test, and complete an evaluation at the end of the course. The passing rate is 85% for the post-test and can be taken repeatedly.  There are no refunds for on Demand Services.  The customer is solely responsible for purchases.

The product and any of the materials within it may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form with the intention to sell all of or any portion of such materials or to be used outside of each product’s intended application (ie: by the purchaser for their patients).

Indemnification.  By using and or implementing the course materials and products from Rewired360 you will at all times indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Living Full Circle, LLC, its managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any damages as a result of your, your company’s, or your businesses’ use or implementation of the products and materials. If the owner shall seek indemnification, you agree to give the owner the right to participate in the defense and settlement of any such claim; provided, however, that you may not, without the company’s prior written approval, settle or dispose of any claim of which you have agreed to accept the defense.

Exculpation. You expressly waive any and all claims against Living Full Circle, LLC, direct or indirect, including, without limitation, claims relative to the use and/or implementation of the materials by you, your company, your business. Furthermore, you agree that the owner and company shall not be liable to you, your company, your business or any third party for any injury sustained by the you, your company, your business, its employees, independent contractors, invitees, patients, students, or any other third party through the use or implementation of the products and materials furnished by Living Full Circle, LLC.

EMDR Documentation Course With 6 CE's and EMDRIA Credits

This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) protocol, with a focus on its fundamental principles and methodologies.
