Kathy Couch, LCSW, CT is the founder of Rewired360, a EMDR Consulting/Training business and Willow Creek Counseling, an EMDR therapy business. Certifications are held with EMDRIA as a EMDR Certified Therapist/Approved Consultant, the Association of Death Education and Counseling, and is a Level 2 trained Gottman Institute clinician. She co-hosts the podcast Journey Through The Eyes: An EMDR Podcast.
Tamera J Brown, LPC

Tamera is an LPC and is a EMDR Certified Therapist and EMDR Consultant in Training. Tamera continuously targets her practice towards women of color in a supportive, empowering manner. Tamera offers services to women and holistic programming including yoga and meditation. She continues to bring perspectives supporting how women of color may challenge systemic racism, oppression and access to specialized care. If awarded this scholarship, she has demonstrated a commitment to bringing bring her skills to other women of color and the EMDR community in general. She is the co-host of the Journey Through the Eyes EMDR Podcast.
Stephanie Pearce, LCSW, CT, PMH-C

Stephanie Pearce is a EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant in Training and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA & NJ. She obtained her MSW from Rutgers University in 2002 & has worked in the social work field for 23 years in settings ranging from a family crisis unit to an outpatient setting. Ms. Pearce currently facilities a private practice in the Pocono, PA area that customizes services for individuals & couples impacted by grief & loss across the life span, maternal mood disorders, reproductive trauma, developmental trauma & infertility.
Stephanie is a certified EMDR therapist, certified in Brainspotting, a certified perinatal mental health professional & a certified grief informed professional. She is passionate about participating in ongoing learning & is awaiting her Thanatology professional certification exam results.
She enjoys working with students in the academic environment. Ms. Pearce also works as an adjunct instructor through Grand Canyon University, as well as supporting students in their social work field work programs through Marywood University. She facilitates CEU trainings for the Nurturing Mamas Network & for NASW-PA.
Stephanie enjoys hiking with her family including an energetic rescue dog. She is a lifelong NY Jets & Mets fan.
Bree Van Leeuwen, LCSW, TFCBT-C, DBT-C

Bree Van Leeuwen Certified Therapist and Consultant In Training & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
Bree has been professionally serving children, youth, and their families in the Southern Idaho Magic Valley area as a Licensed Social Worker since 2012. Bree completed Boise State University’s Graduate School of Social Work Advanced Standing Program in 2013, followed by obtaining her Clinical Licensure. Following that, she was approved by the State of Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses to be a registered clinical supervisor. She has continued working exclusively in the Mental Health and Behavioral Health field in various roles gaining therapeutic expertise for more than a decade.
Aside from attending a substantial amount of additional training yearly, Bree also became certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in 2015 and then got certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Both of which were completed through national certification and accreditation associations. Bree is also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) by the EMDR International Association and is currently a consultant in training.
In 2023, Bree was selected as an honored member of Nationwide Registries Top Doctors of America Honors Edition. She is passionate about helping others & her favorite thing is spending time with her little family.
