What is Rewired 360 EMDR University?

I remember when I first experienced EMDR, I loved learning. I did have to be aware that people are people, and I had one trainer say to me cautiously that I shouldn’t let people know of my aspirations to become an EMDR trainer one day. I took this as a green light and continued to find my people in my tribe. The people that kept me are the people that know me. So as I continued the journey, I was able to develop and understand this program and this immense process in the form of a university context. If I could take all the levels of learning within the EMDR field and condense them into what was called EMDR university, I would be able to create a place for people to come learn and thrive to be able to review the fundamentals of EMDR therapy together. This is my offering that sets me apart at Rewired360.  What was missing in the marketplace was connection. 

I could have council teachers come and meet with me, however it didn’t feel like there was a genuine connection or group that I craved. I wanted to gain the skills to be able to help other people become certified in a way that supported them in their journey. I wanted to help people become business owners in their own consultation businesses and to learn the practices with this. 

So I developed a comprehensive program for certification and consultation, being able to have the certified therapist travel through a program through becoming an approved consultant while offering them advanced training in a curriculum format. This is often missing in the marketplace, and I felt I could find my niche. Instead of offering opportunities to complete several hours with different consultants and not have a sticky factor with a group of people that get you, I wanted to be able to have people travel through each program and eventually receive training to launch into their own consulting business. As I was manifesting this in my own mind, I googled EMDR in business.  The learning I found changed my life…

I came across Kambria Evans consultation kit with a bunch of grace and gratitude. This weekend a genuine fondness for all of her work and content.  I found someone familiar with the EMDR business model that would teach me how to create a business I love with EMDR.  Through her intensive design kits or consultation or passive income kits, I’ve been able to build and connect with others in a way I didn’t even know was possible. 

So as these goals develop, my goal is to help you develop as a certified therapist and consultant – to be able to become a business leader and entrepreneur, and to be able to complete your hours toward certification and consultation. I also wanted to offer people a resource library to support them with videos and handouts, in addition to the continent covered in group and individual sessions. I felt like all of my resources were scattered, and I wanted to create one place where people could go to learn in one specific place. 

Rewired360 EMDR University has been a work in progress; however, I believe it was a divine download to be able to offer this as a program in a cohort. My plan is to be able to offer this to people to create a sticky factor in allowing them to travel and land in a way that puts them first.
