Rewired360 Mission and Values

Rewired360 believes in having new strategies in the marketplace that support growth and opportunity.  We use outcome data to help therapists discover if their programs are effective using data and outcomes.  Just like with patients, we believe in the natural progression of talent and leadership through the training and consultation process.  

We believe in wealth and entrepreneurship.  We believe that we are trained to be therapists, not business owners, and we value the idea that we can create our own innovative, new products to activate us as business owners and allow us the flexibility and freedom we deserve.

We believe in the competency of therapists as they are supported in reaching their goals.  We provide spaces for therapists to nurture, support, encourage, and motivate each other as they transform their professional selves on the EMDR journey.  We believe in mastery of skills and clinical application as we cheerlead, coach, and support each other through this process. 

We provide resources for thriving practices including training, products, seminars, workshops, and collaboration to share the wealth of resources and knowledge with each other. We believe in creating a space inviting questions and curiosity in a safe, open form without stress or difficulty. 

We believe in the Growth Mindset, where we are always changing, transforming, and learning with new adaptive information that builds thriving practices.  We want you to develop, we are with you along the way.  We understand and we’ve got you…

We believe in paying it forward with our resources and time using ourselves as positive social advocates and being generous including but not limited to the Jae Foundation and Because Kids Grieve.
